Privacy Policy

Bee Bloom Puzzle ("the game") is developed by Falcon Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game handles, why, and what choices you have.
In short: we do not run any servers of our own and we do not collect, store or receive your personal information. Your game progress stays on your device. The game shows advertisements, and our advertising partner collects limited data as described below.
1. Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress in a file on your own device. This file is never uploaded and we never see it. It contains:
- Your high score, your ten best runs and their dates
- Your daily streak and total pollen collected
- The number of games you have played
- A display name, only if you choose to enter one
- Your sound, music and vibration settings
- An unfinished game, so you can continue where you left off
The display name is optional, is stored only on your device, and is not sent anywhere. Deleting the game removes this file and everything in it.
2. Advertising
The game shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process:

This data is collected by Google, not by us. We do not receive it and cannot identify you from it. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's Privacy & Terms.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised advertising is used, and you can change that choice at any time from Privacy options in the game's Settings screen.
Under some US state privacy laws, showing personalised advertising counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. If you live in a US state with such a law, you can opt out at any time from Privacy options in the game's Settings screen. We never sell your personal information for money.
3. Purchases
The game may offer an optional one-time purchase to remove advertisements. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details, card number or billing address — we only receive confirmation of whether the purchase is active.
4. What we do not do
- We do not have our own servers, accounts or logins
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts
- We do not access your photos, camera, microphone or files
- We do not collect precise location
- We do not sell your personal information for money
- We do not combine advertising data with anything you type into the game

Everything below the first four rows is added automatically by the advertising SDK rather than requested by the game. We list them because they appear in the app's permission list and you are entitled to know why.
6. Children
Bee Bloom Puzzle is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
7. Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID — Android Settings → Privacy → Ads
- Change your consent choice, or opt out of sharing — Privacy options in the game's Settings screen
- Turn off vibration, sound or music — from the game's Settings screen
- Delete everything — uninstalling the game removes all locally saved data
8. Data retention
Because your progress is stored only on your device, we hold no data to retain or delete. Data collected by Google in connection with advertising is retained according to Google's own policies.
9. US state privacy rights
If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law — such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas or Virginia — you have the following rights. Because the game keeps your progress only on your own device and we operate no servers, most of them are already satisfied by how the game is built.

We do not knowingly process sensitive personal information, and we do not use personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
You may also send a request to the address in section 11. Since we hold no personal information about you, we will normally only be able to confirm that.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes will also be noted in the game's store listing.
